Refund policy

We want you to be happy with The Reset Stick. If you're not, you have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a refund.

How to request a refund

Email support@peptidetheoryskincare.com with your order number and the reason for your request. We'll reply within 1-2 business days.

You don't need to send anything back

We don't accept physical returns. If your refund is approved, you keep the product and we refund you. There's nothing to ship, no return label, and no restocking fee.

What's eligible

Refunds are available for product that is unopened and unused, in its original packaging with the seal intact. Once a product has been opened or used it is no longer eligible for a refund, except in the circumstances below.

Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the item and its packaging. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer. You won't be asked to return anything.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional days to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

We don't offer exchanges. If you'd like a different item, request a refund and place a new order.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order any time before it ships. Email us as soon as possible: orders typically leave our fulfillment partner within 24-48 hours, and once a parcel is in transit we can't stop it.
