Where we ship

We ship to the United States and Canada.

Shipping cost

Free standard shipping on every order. No minimum.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of being placed. Processing happens on business days, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. There is no daily cut-off, so orders are picked up throughout the day.

Delivery estimates

Orders ship from within the United States. Once processed, standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days in the United States and 7-14 business days to Canada.

These are estimates rather than guarantees. Carrier delays, customs, weather, and peak shopping periods can all affect delivery.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Carriers vary by destination, so tracking may take a day or two to show its first scan after dispatch.

Customs and duties

Orders to Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your local authorities. These are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the purchase price.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for parcels sent to an address entered incorrectly, but email us right away and we'll help if the order hasn't shipped yet.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking has shown no movement for 10 business days in the United States or 15 business days in Canada, email support@peptidetheoryskincare.com. We'll either reship your order or issue a full refund.
